Individual Coaching
Develop a healthier relationship with yourself, others, food, and your body. I offer several individual coaching programs and packages to meet your individual needs. Coaching Programs offer ongoing services for a monthly fee. Coaching Packages offer a set number of sessions focused on a specific issue for a fixed-fee. A 30-minute complimentary phone session is available to explore how coaching can meet your needs and decide what level of services will work best for you.
Coaching Programs
Coaching Programs are monthly, ongoing services. Coaching is provided by email and/or phone. You can send emails at any time. I will generally respond within 24 hours. Phone support between coaching sessions is also provided.
I offer 3 levels of services in my monthly programs.

A 6-month minimum commitment is required. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service, notify me during the first 30 days, and I will provide a full refund and release you from your commitment.

Coaching Packages
Coaching Packages offer a set number of sessions focused on a specific issue for a fixed-fee. Your commitment to continue coaching ends once the sessions are completed unless you decide to enter into a monthly coaching program.
| Three 30-40 minute sessions to help you define priorities, set SMART goals, and develop a compelling vision that inspires and motivates you to succeed. |
| Four 30-40 minute sessions using the Wheel of Life Assessment. We'll use the Wheel of Life to assess your life balance. Then, using this information we will target 2 areas youd like to improve and create a plan to bring more balance and satisfaction to your life. |
| Four 30-40 minute sessions to identify emotional eating habits, learn effective stress management techniques, focus on small, attainable behavior changes, and use positive self-talk instead of guilt as a motivator. |
Flash Coaching
Flash coaching sessions are one-time sessions focused on resolving urgent issues, brainstorming, or creating possibilities around a specific issue. They are typically an hour in length. Please contact me for more details.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is an effective way to achieve your goals. Groups are comprised of individuals trying to achieve similar goals who share knowledge and energy, provide support, and increase productivity and accountability. When I have participated in coaching groups, I have achieved more in less time with the support and encouragement of my peers. It has been an amazing experience! Two minds are truly better than one.
Most Requested Lecture
Why Am I Eating When I am Not Hungry? - A very popular lecture that addresses why you emotionally eat and what you can do about it. A great presentation for weight loss programs at churches, running groups, health clubs, workplace wellness, and community centers.
